RAFFAELLO DISEGNATORE. RAFFAEL ALS ZEICHNER

60,00

In 2017, the Albertina, in Vienna, hosted an International Colloquium on Raphael (born in Urbino in 1483, died in Rome in 1520) organised in conjunction with the Uffizi Gallery. The two major museums have thus anticipated the celebrations for the 500th anniversary of the artist’s death (2020) by surveying one of the specialities in which the genius of Urbino excelled, drawing. Leading Raphael scholars thus contributed to a collection of studies that we are publishing in this exquisite volume. A variety of languages and approaches, from which the artist’s expertise and narrative talent emerge in all their possible nuances.
